• Should be a good looking, presentable lady (age- 21- 35 )
• Preferably from the hospitality background, who understands how to welcome and engage a walk-in pleasantly
• Should be fluent in English and Hindi
Experience : Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in retail as a customer service executive / Greeter / Telecaller
Education : Post Graduate / Graduate or Diploma course
Skills : Good communication skills, Customer service, Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills, Multi Tasking
Responsibilities :
This position involves greeting & welcoming customers, providing requisite information & assistance to customer. The ideal candidate should possess welcoming personality, and should preferably have a hospitality background.
Attend and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Listen and respond to customers queries, needs and concerns.
Supporting customers
via various communication channels including – mails, live chat, social media and on calls.
