Before assessment, all stones, enamel, wax, wood, thread, dust, or any other non-precious materials will be meticulously removed. The rate per gram of gold will be as per the prevailing rate on the website at the time. | ||

Only Precious gemstones like Blue Sapphire, Yellow Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald will be considered under this category (as per the net weight of the metal and the total carat weight of the gemstones). Buy Back will not be entertained in case of chipped and damaged stones |

Details
In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the customer. In case the value of the new product is lesser than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit in Ratnalaya for future purchase.
Valuations will be based on the current market value of the metal (as per net weight of the metal ) and doesn’t cover making charges and/or taxes.
